Return and exchange policy
At ENEX, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we are here to help with easy returns and exchanges.
1. Return Policy
You can return any ENEX product within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. All original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be included.
2. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange your ENEX item for a different size or color, we offer hassle-free exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.
Reporting a Problem: Contact our customer service at enex.knitwear@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.
Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items or heavily discounted products
Return and exchange procedure
1. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enex.knitwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- After we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
2. Exchange Process
- Contact our customer service at enex.knitwear@gmail.com with your order number and the details of the item you’d like to exchange (size, color).
- Once your exchange is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the original item.
- As soon as we receive the original item, we will ship your exchange request.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification email to inform you that we have received your returned item. You can expect your refund to be processed within 7-10 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
